Meal 4 Teal – Prize Terms & Conditions

 

To be eligible for the Share a Meal 4 Teal event prizes, the terms and conditions noted below must be met:

 

A. Instructions to enter form part of these conditions

B. The name of this promotion is Share a meal for teal, with three (3) prizes, most money raised, best photo and most people at event.

C. To be eligible to enter the competition, supporters must register and have raised funds for ‘Share a meal for Teal’ in 2016

  1. All money raised must be received by 11.59pm Monday 14th March 2016 for prize 1, 2, or 3.
  2. All photos must appear on Facebook page by 11.59pm on Monday 14th March 2016 and with #shareameal4teal, to be eligible for prize 2. You agree that any photos submitted maybe used for future promotion.
  3. Entry is automatic for prize 1. based on banking with Hope4Cure or Sydney Community Foundation by 11.59pm Monday 14th March 2016.
  4. Each valid entrant will only be eligible for one automatic entry to win.
  5. The promoter of the competition is Hope4Cure. Address: PO Box 3314, Merewether 2291
  6. The start date of the competition is Monday 1st February 2016.
  7. Entries close at 11.59pm Monday 14th March 2016 (AEST).
  8. Winners will be announced by Thursday 31st March 2016.
  9. The winners will be notified in writing and by phone.
  10. There will be three (3) prize winners
  11. Eligibility is based on being over the age of 18 to be eligible for any prizes that involves alcohol.

D. The total fundraising amount raised from all contributors and supporters for the meal4teal event must be of greater value than $5,000 in order for either prize to be activated (ie for the prizes to be available for the competition).

E. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

F. Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry.

G. Hope4Cure Advisory Committee is final and will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.

H. All entries become the property of Hope4Cure. Personal information collected about you enable you to participate in the competition.

I. An unclaimed prize will then go to the next eligible person in the category providing all terms and conditions are met.
